Personality
Oli is a bubbly person who is outgoing and loves an adventure. She is not afraid to take a risk and is the kind of person who never backs down from a dare. She also loves pulling pranks on anyone and everyone and using her wild imagination, she is always able to come up with something unusual but hilarious. Despite being a mischeivious student, she can apply her imagination to be extremely gifted in her studies. She is also very loyal to her friends and doesn’t like being betrayed. If you do betray her, she will happily bug you for the rest of your years. Secretly, Oli longs for a relationship. She has always envied people who are happily in love and hopes to one day find that happiness.

Oli stumbled out of the transfiguration room, a massive grin on her features. She had just taken satisfaction in putting a live frog in Neville’s desk. She had watched with anticipation as he opened the desk to have a large frog jump upwards, landing with a content ‘croak’ on his face. Neville had screamed and made a gargantuan fuss, making everyone turn around and laugh at the comic activity. Even McGonagall had cracked a small smile before disposing of the frog and calming the worked up Neville… Running a hand through her long black hair, Oli planned her next victim and her next prank. She was so deep in thought that she didn’t see Ron walking in her direction – he too not paying attention – and the pair crashed into each other, their books dropping to the floor. “I’m so sorry!” She exclaimed, bending down to pick up her books. She smiled at the blushing Ron and their hands brushed over each others as they reached for the same book. Her hand quickly retracted, a little stunned from the contact and she felt her cheeks get a little hot.

History
Olivia Lynn Nelson was born on the 31st March sixteen years ago to wizard father Marty Nelson and wizard mother Hannah Free in the city of Norwich in Norfolk, England. Hannah and Marty had met at Hogwarts when they were both sorted into the same house. They stuck together through their school time, looking out for each other all the time. If either one of them were bullied, the other stood up for them. Marty and Hannah were inseparable all throughout their school years. It was only after they left Hogwarts after graduating that they realised that they both had feelings for each other. Within a year they were married and Hannah was pregnant. She gave birth to a baby boy who they named Robert Benjamin Nelson. He was a wizard like his mother and father and when he was eleven, he was invited to Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. Olivia was born when Robert was five and so she grew up with both parents and Robert looking after her. She felt a little overprotective but she adored the attention it gave her from being the baby of the family. When Robert left for Hogwarts, Oli missed him dearly and she sent small letters every week to him, counting down the days until he came home each holiday. Oli longed to learn of magic but her parents prevented her from knowing anything while they were in the muggle world and so she knew nothing of magic, save for that it existed, until the day she arrived at Hogwarts. Her parents had seen her off at the train station at platform 9¾ and she stuck to her brother for the entirety of the journey. This would be Robert’s last year at Hogwarts. She was daunted by the gargantuan campus at Hogwarts and shied away from socializing. It didn’t take her long however to make a few friends and to become more confident. Her personality shone through and the pranks begun. Quickly, she became known as the school clown and while the teacher’s wanted to do something about her, they felt obligated to let her stay at Hogwarts due to the high grades she was achieving. It showed them that she could really apply herself and become a great witch.
